Four-Colour Process Printing

Four-colour process printing, also called 4CP or CMYK, combines cyan, magenta, yellow and black to reproduce a full-colour design.

The result

It can reproduce multicolour logos, photographs and gradients. The colour, texture and finish of the surface influence the appearance.

A defined area or extended coverage

Four-colour process printing can cover a defined imprint area. The full-coverage version uses the same colour process across a larger area designed for the product. The product page identifies the surfaces and sides that can be printed.

When to choose it

For artwork with multiple shades or detailed imagery. On compatible paper or cardboard packaging, it can personalize the gift presentation.

These examples illustrate the technique. Available methods, imprint areas, finishes and quantities are specific to each product. Check its product page to make your selection.
